Position:  Housekeeping Coordinator

Paragraph Tbilisi is Georgia’s first Luxury Collection Hotel located in the heart of Tbilisi.

The Hotel offers exceptional amenities, unique eateries, grand architectural design, a luxurious Spa and Stunning views on Old Town. Personalized concierge services, conference rooms equipped with high-end technology, SPA center Stretched over three floors, design and service elements allow guests to feel Georgian spirit without even leaving the hotel.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Has knowledge of cleaning techniques specification of different kind of surfaces, chemicals usage etc.
• Checks HK Associates to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Assigns specific cleaning tasks to each associate based on their skills and expertise
• Trains new staff members on proper cleaning techniques and methods
• Ensures that all equipment and supplies are available for cleaning tasks
• Coordinates with the facilities manager to schedule facility repairs and replacements
• Provides feedback to associates about their performance in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Establishes and enforcing rules related to cleaning staff conduct, such as prohibiting cell phone use while on duty

Candidate Profile (Education and Experience)

• Languages: Georgian, English. (Spoken & written)
• Sociable, excellent interpersonal skills, result orientated, outgoing personality, active & enthusiastic, team player, trustworthy and dependable
• Time management and problem-solving skills;
• Able to work independently
• Experience of working in PMS H/K part (opera or similar)
• Related work experience in an International Organization.
