Position: In Room Dining Supervisor

Main responsibilities:

• Ensures all our guests will receive service beyond expectations from arrival to departure.
• Interacts with guests on daily basis to obtain feedback about quality of food, beverage, service levels and overall satisfaction.
• Leading the team by example.
• Manage, train and supervises all subordinates according to the standards, and assignments from direct supervisor and HOD.
• Ensures all employees are treated fairly, apply open door policy.
• Making sure all assigned areas are in perfect condition, maintained according standards.
• Follow up on cleaning schedules to make sure all equipment is being cleaned on weekly and daily bases.
• Setting up new policies and rules in cooperation with Manager to make sure all requirements for safety are being met.
• Responsible for preparing all administration related to the In Room Dining and assigned by direct supervisor.
• Tracking and preparing all daily paperwork’s (attendance list, daily reports, pre shift sheets, transfers etc.). Controlling Socks.
• Responsible for all financial operations in assigned outlet.
• Participate in all preparations for upselling and making sure all associates are being informed about special needs and requirements of the guests .

Fulfill any other tasks (within the scope of responsibility) assigned by the Management

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Georgian and preferably another international language.
• Can multi-task, is team oriented and work diligently to resolve issues when they arise
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

• Hospitality Professional School Student or graduate
• Experience in the respective field.
• Experience of working in International Environment
