Position: F & B Hostess

Main responsibilities:

• The restaurant hostess is the first employee to interact with arriving guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Should ensure to provide proficient and professional Food & Beverage service to the guests by meeting and also exceeding their expectations.
• Check if there re any reservations and gets ready for meeting the customers
• Makes sure that all reservation signs are on the tables Distribute reservations among all servers equally, informing them of all information necessary.
• Always answer the phone politely using a friendly tone and being informative.
• Knows the products and price list.
• Has complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus: The ingredients; the preparation; how items are served and with what; knows the daily special.
• Goes to the guest at the entrance and welcome them
• If there are any complaints, retrieves a manager or supervisor immediately

Fulfill any other tasks (within the scope of responsibility) assigned by the Management

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Good verbal communication skills in English, Georgian and preferably another international language.
• Can multi-task, is team oriented
• Attention to details.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the respective field is required.
• Experience of working in International Environment preferable
